Davenport Construction, Inc. has been a licensed contractor in the state of Utah for 30 years specializing in footings and foundations.

Ron Davenport, president, owner, operator has worked primarily within the Wasatch front, from Ogden to Provo. Ron’s top priorities are quality, service and integrity in all business dealings. He is currently expanding his business to serve the entire state of Utah, areas in Wyoming, and Idaho.  His knowledge is in foundation and footing work. Applying his expertise in the areas of commercial and residential building.

Rock Jefferies Rock Jefferies is a Foundation Specialist for Davenport Foundation Repair. He has inspected and presented solutions for hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Utah and surrounding areas. In addition to inspecting properties with settlement concerns, Rock engages in public speaking and educational presentations to large engineering and architectural firms throughout the state. He is also able to assist you in deciding if the financing options we offer are right for you.
Born in Salt Lake City, Rock grew up in the Holladay area. After finishing high school at Olympus High, Rock went on a two year church mission to El Paso, Texas.

Rock is very active in athletics. He is a competitive marathon runner and loves to golf. Rock has traveled to over a dozen countries and loves learning about new cultures.Some of Rock’s notable achievements include owning and operation over 50 apartment units throughout Salt Lake, Davis and Weber county.
