HELICAL PIER SYSTEM
The Helical Pier System will permanently stabilize your home’s foundation replacement. Rugged steel piers are mechanically screwed into the soil using small construction equipment or hand equipment.The piers are installed to appropriate depths and capacities, preventing any future settlement. Heavy-duty steel foundation brackets are connected to the helical piers and attached to your foundation’s footing. The weight of your home is then carefully transferred from the original unstable soils, through the piers, to competent soils or bedrock, ensuring permanent stabilization and an opportunity to lift your home back to level. WALL ANCHOR SYSTEM
This Wall Anchor System permanently stabilizes your basement walls and offers the best opportunity to straighten your walls over time without the cost and disruption of foundation replacement. Heavy duty, galvanized earth anchors are embedded securely into stable soil out and away from your foundation wall. They are connected to heavy-duty, steel wall plates with long, threaded, galvanized steel rods. The anchors will hold the wall in its current position, without any further adjustment. A unique and important benefit is the ability to tighten your wall anchors when the soil shrinks. This enables possible improvement and straightening of your bowing basement walls. SLAB PIER SYSTEM
For application in stabilizing the concrete floor slab, this system provides the best opportunity to re-level the floor and lift non-load bearing partition walls that steel pier sections are hydraulically driven through a heavy-duty slab bracket to reach competent, load bearing strata. The weight of your concrete slab floor is then carefully transferred from the original unstable soils, through the piers and onto competent soils.
SMART JACK SYSTEM
No messy concrete or curing time required, this system is galvanized for corrosion-resistance. The Smart Jack can be installed in conjunction with a crawl space liner. Reaching vertical support loads exceeding 60,000 lbs. gives immediate results of this application.

Our test methods are intended to simulate “as installed” field conditions. Where documented standards and criteria exist such as with ICC-ES AC358, our products are designed and then tested accordingly. In the absence of such a standard, Foundation Supportworks™ strived to provide appropriate and conservative test results. Either way, designers and specifiers should have confidence that our products have been tested in the interest of properly identifying product limits and not to produce unrealistic inflated results.
