Construction Co-Foreman
Co-Foreman – Precise. Reliable. Driven to Get the Job Done Right.

As a Co-Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in protecting homeowners by installing foundation, waterproofing, and concrete repair solutions with precision, efficiency, and teamwork.
Starting Pay: $24-28/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible Co-Foremans earn an average of $30–$40/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
