Inside Sales Representative

Join Davenport Foundation Repair as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in the future of our sales organization. You will play a key role in our customer experience, building trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, and helping them move forward with solutions that protect and improve their homes.

Compensation- $20.00 per hour, plus 3% commission

Location- This is an on-site position located in West Jordan, UT. 

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Proactively follow up with homeowners to convert previously unsold proposals

• Serve as a key point of contact for homeowners who request to cancel or modify their installation

• Build and maintain strong relationships through professional, solution‑focused phone conversations

• Collaborate with Field Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience

• Use internal systems and tools to manage customer information and sales activity

• Do what’s right for the customer while supporting company growth and performance goals

• Proven success in sales, inside sales, telephone sales, or a related field

• Confident, clear, and professional communicator with exceptional phone skills

• Customer focused with strong problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and internal software platforms
