Production Manager

Davenport Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the foundation repair and concrete industry, is looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team. In this role you would lead and develop construction foremen, installers, logistics and warehouse teams.

Compensation: $105,000 -$115,000 + up to 30% bonus

What You Would Do

• Lead and develop a team of construction foreman and installers
• Oversee logistics and warehouse teams
• Perform regular jobsite inspections for coaching opportunities on issues of quality and safety  
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company
• Provide our team with a great place to work 

What We Need for this Role

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades  
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals   
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective coaching plans that drive employee growth and accountability
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service excellence across all production activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficient computer skills
