David has inspected and presented solutions for hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout the states of Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada. In addition, he engages in public speaking and educational presentations to large engineering and architectural firms throughout the state. 

Raised in Salt Lake City, David grew up in the West Jordan area. After finishing high school at West Jordan High, he began working in the construction industry. He continued his education and became an IT technician at the IT Career Academy. He then moved onto Construction Management. He is the founder of a non-for profit group called Benjamin Smiles, providing and promoting monetary funds to people in need.
