John Hodsdon Highlighted for Great Customer Service

John is a great addition to the Davenport Foundation Repair team. We want to recognize him for the great customer service he is providing. Several customers have mentioned how happy they were to receive helpful advice from John. He is also know for responding quickly to customer's questions. We appreciate John's ability to connect to our customers. One customer recently shared the following with us: "The tipping point [to choose Davenport] came from John, our salesman. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and followed up in a timely fashion. This gave me the confidence to go with Davenport."

John was born and raised in the state of Washington. His father owned a carpet cleaning and home restoration business where John, with the help of his father, learned how to restore and remodel homes. He moved to California in 1990 and became a Sales Engineer in the Silicon Valley area selling board level components. He met his wife there and they were married in San Jose. They have 3 children.

He and his family moved to the Salt Lake area in 2005 where John went to work for a representative company selling process control devices throughout Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. John has always dedicated his career to helping solve issues that his customers have, and he is excited to be a part of Davenport Foundation Repair.

John and his family are very active with music. His children each play musical instruments and they preform throughout Utah and the surrounding states. Most weekends, throughout the summer, they can be seen traveling in their motorhome from show to show, playing at festivals, family shelters and even opening for larger musical groups.
