We understand that your home is your most important investment. When repairs are needed to your foundation, basement or concrete, we want you to have reassurance that the job is done correctly.

We offer a 25 year warranty on our full foundation piering system. We promise the work and labor will be done to industry standards. We guarantee against defects in workmanship for 25 years from the contract date. We also warranty against defects in the materials used for 25 years. Though there are some circumstances where work isn’t warrantied such as natural disaster, we promise to do our best to achieve optimal results.

Davenport Foundation Repair warranties our waterproofing systems, as well as our WaterGuard and FlexSpan systems when we install a sump pump with either system. The warranty for the WaterGuard will be in effect for 25 years after the installation. The warranty for FlexSpan is seven years. The sump pump has a three year manufacturer warranty.

Our PolyLevel injection foam has a three year warranty. If the concrete drops more that ¼ of an inch from the date of installation, we will provide the labor and materials to level the same area again at no additional charge.

Our warranties are transferable to future home owners, so when you sell your home, your warranty stays with it. The new homeowner will receive the same great customer service should anything happen with the warrantied work.
