What is FlexiSpan?

So how do we fix it? One solution is our patented FlexiSpan crack seal. It is a special polyurethane polymer sealant that is put over cracks to prevent further damage, or water coming into the basement. It stays permanently bonded and will never dry out. We warranty it for seven years. It works well with our other products such as our WaterGaurd interior drainage system or our TripleSafe sump pump. Together our products provide total basement or crawlspace waterproofing.

While there are other products on the market such as epoxies or urethane injections, they are not able to bend and stretch with foundation movement. We also do not seal cracks from the outside of the home due to the extreme heat and cold weather conditions in Utah. Epoxy on the outside of a foundation is not permanent and will need to be redone several times over the lifetime of the home. As concrete walls expand and shrink slightly through freeze/thaw and wet/dry cycles, the bonds of these materials will fail, leading to re-cracking or new cracks forming farther on down the wall.
