This year our company has survived a pandemic, an earthquake, hurricane-force winds, murder hornets, and much, much more.
The people at Davenport have been through so much this year and we want to thank them and our entire Davenport Family.
-The Employees that work so hard to keep things going, that show up every day – despite what may be going on outside, with their smiles and their can-does on, encouraging each other, inspiring each other, and being a shoulder to lean on. I am extremely blessed to work with some of the most compassionate, hardworking, amazing people I have ever met, they have been a shining source of light and comfort during this tumultuous (to say the least.) year.
-And our customers, thank you for giving us a reason to keep going, to be here every day, and make sure you had the Davenport experience you deserved! For keeping us in business, you may never know the lives that you impacted or families you helped remain stable, but there are not many words to express how deeply grateful to you, we are. You are the reason we are here and remain here, and this year the truth in those words resonated with us a little more. We are truly humbled to be where we are today and know that we would not be if not for you!
The year had its many ups and its many downs and Davenport was not exempt from any of them. However, the Team at Davenport Foundation Repair was able to accomplish MANY things!
We have added many amazing people to our teams this year, creating and expanding departments!
Despite the obstacles they faced this year, our System Design Specialists still visited 2,762 homes!
Our Customer Care Team had some trials of their own but, they managed to answer 3,185 phone calls and online inquiries, scheduling 1,168 projects.

We are truly blessed to have such an amazing group of people working here at Davenport, who were able to accomplish so much together!
I also want to acknowledge the owners of Davenport, Ron & Carrie. Without their perseverance, determination, and love, none of us would be here. They opened their doors and kept them open despite any obstacles! Making sure the people here could support their families and using the growth of the company to offer employment opportunities to others. We are blessed with them as the leaders here at Davenport- I truly could not wish for better ones!
As the end of this year concludes and a brand new one begins we look forward to all of the amazing opportunities it will bring. The friendships we will make, the homes we will fix, the customers we will impact and the growth we will have.
