John was great. He answered all my questions, gave me helpful advice and followed up in a timely fashion.
I have 2 concerns with the crew. First, they were a bit "gruff" when speaking with my wife upon arrival. They were much more friendly at the end of the job, but that first impression goes a long way. Second, when re-finishing the concrete floor I've discovered it's not even close to level in some areas. This has made re-framing the walls a headache. Ensuring the new concrete is as level as possible with the existing floor would be helpful.
The crew cleaned up really well. I hardly even knew they were there.
