We appreciated Frank's approach on deciding how many piers to install. Our other bidder wanted to install more, but he said we didn't need that many. We were extremely happy that the cracks in the brick narrowed, so it appears that the garage was actually lifted up and not just stabilized where it was. I give Frank a 5 (was he the salesperson)? The overall 4 comes from the cleanup process.

We were impressed their knowledge, and how quickly and hard they worked. We appreciated Ron stopping by to see how the work was going.
They did a good job of cleaning up, but the cement work was not up to the high standards as the rest of the job. The brushed finish doesn't match the surrounding concrete.
