We had a major problem we did not know how to fix it for a number of years. A neighbor connected us with Dave Kerlin. Dave met with us and gave an original bid and then helped coordinate and educate us on the entire process. He did an exceptional job of making the process understandable. We particularly appreciated his responsiveness, patience and genuine concern for the dilemma that we were facing. It's rare do you have someone show the level of interest in helping us as he did. We could not have been more pleased. We were also very fond of the crew that did the job. Victor, the foreman, was also exceptional. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained things in ways that made perfect sense. I have very rarely done any reviews but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure others know of the good experience we had with the staff at Davenport Foundation.
