Job review from Bari in UT on 06/10/25

I have only been through the stage of being presented with an overall evaluation of the leakage issue in my basement and a proposal and firm estimate of what it will take to correct the problem. What ai am able to evaluate right now is the presentation and professional manner I experienced when Kipp visited my home. I was most impressed by his patience and willingness to address all of our concerns and questions by listening carefully and responding appropriately. His manner is professional and direct without applying undue sales pressure. consequently we were well educated about all our options and the process that Davenport will be using to fix our problem. I am comfortable that the entire presentation, though a bit wordy in parts for my taste, was well organized and thorough. Thus far I have no misgivings or hesitation about our decision to move ahead with the remediation of our intermittently wet basement, and we are looking forward to successful completion of the scheduled installation. I am also very happy to report that Kipp and Davenport went out of their way to accomodate our need for a timely start date.
