This project highlights a comprehensive basement waterproofing solution completed at a home in Lehi, Utah, designed to permanently address water intrusion, moisture buildup, and long-term foundation concerns. The homeowner was experiencing water seepage and elevated humidity in the basement, which can lead to mold growth, structural damage, and unhealthy indoor air quality if left untreated. Our team installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier system to fully encapsulate and protect the basement area from ground moisture and damp air.
