Foundation Repair Case Studies: Push Piers Stabalize Saratoga Springs Home

View Photo Gallery

Challenge

When a home's foundation settles often times one can see cracks in the drywall. Another warning that settling is occurring is that doors and windows don't close well.

Solution

Our Push Piers are made of steel and are driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve settlement problems. Push piers can be installed inside or outside your foundation walls and are not visible once the repair is complete.

Our piers can be installed year-around. They are warrantied for 25 years and made of Galvanized Steel Design Available. They are not visible after they have been installed. They can reach greater depths than any other repair option. In many scenarios, push piers not only stop settlement but lift the foundation back to its original position, closing cracks and improving window and door operation.
