Eliminate Water Coming Through Wall Crack in Bountiful, UT
Amy J. contacted us because she was having water seep into her basement though a five foot crack in the home's foundation wall. Using our patented FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System, we were able to triple seal the crack to prevent water from coming in the basement at that spot again.
Amy's basement repair included installing a special flexible sealant that will slow, and in most cases, stope the flow of water through the crack. We then installed a 3 1/2 inch wide strip of the beveled FlexiSpan open cell foal, followed by a coat of sealant. Together, these products form a sealed patch from the top of the crack to the bottom.
Our FlexiSpan system comes with a seven year guarantee. That's how confident we are that this product works. Now Amy's basement is dry and safe.
Our customer reached out to us when they discovered an exterior crack in their foundation was leading to water in the cold storage space of their basement. Our crew installed the WaterGuard drain system and then CleanSpace to direct the moisture to the drain system. Dry Well was then installed next to the footer for added capacity of moisture dissipation.
