This home's foundation was built on a mix of Sandy-Clay soil. The home began to settle one inch over the course of a year. We recently piered the home returning it's integrity and making it structurally sound once again.

Using our piering system, we were able to stabalize this home in Holladay, Utah and close the gaps and cracks in the walls. Cracking in the walls and around the windows is a common sign that a home has a sinking foundation.

Our customer was having water come into the basement through the cold joints. CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and dry well were installed.

This client called us because the humidity from their crawlspace was ruining their hardwood floors above. Our crew was able to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to mitigate the humidity issues and prevent further damage to the hardwood flooring.

The customer was wanting to prevent mold and reduce odors in their crawlspace. CleanSpace was installed, along with drainage matting, a discharge line and SuperSump pump.
