Before basement waterproofing could begin, portions of the finished walls were removed to expose the concrete foundation. This gave the Davenport Foundation Repair team access to the foundation wall and floor perimeter so the area could be properly prepared for a basement waterproofing and drainage system.

This before-and-after comparison shows the exposed concrete basement foundation wall before and after installation of the waterproof wall system. The new barrier helps manage water entering through the foundation wall and directs it toward the basement drainage system, providing long-term protection against water intrusion.

We made sure to seal the joints and separate the concrete on this home's walkway with Nexus Pro. Nexus Pro seals cracks and joints, preventing further water intrusion, leading to soil erosion and further concrete damage. 

Joseph, a homeowner in South Jordan, UT, reached out to Davenport Foundation Repair because the concrete steps at the front walkway of his home were cracked and uneven. After a free inspection, our team confirmed that these steps needed repair and began work using our 2-Part Concrete Protection System. We first used PolyLevel to lift the sunken concrete back toward its original position. Once the steps were even, we used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal exposed joints, protecting the surface from future damage. Now, these front porch steps are level and stable, improving both the safety and appearance of Joseph's home.

This structure had settled more than 2".  We only used six Foundation SupportWorks push piers to stabilize and return the foundation to its original integrity.
