Our team restored the walkway by lifting and leveling the concrete with PolyLevel®, a high-density expanding foam designed for long-lasting stabilization. After leveling, we sealed the joints with NexusPro®, a durable, UV-resistant sealant that protects against moisture intrusion and prevents future cracking. The final result is a smoother, safer, and cleaner-looking walkway built to last through Utah’s freeze-thaw cycles.

This client called us because the humidity from their crawlspace was ruining their hardwood floors above. Our crew was able to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to mitigate the humidity issues and prevent further damage to the hardwood flooring.
