These before and after photos highlight the transformation of a cracked and uneven driveway in Saratoga Springs, UT. In the before images, you’ll see visible settlement across multiple slabs and deteriorating caulking that allowed water to seep in and worsen the damage over time. Our crew began by removing all existing caulk and preparing the surface for repairs.
Using PolyLEVEL, we carefully lifted and leveled the sunken concrete to restore a smooth, even surface. Once the slabs were stabilized, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a high-performance crack repair solution designed for long-term flexibility and weather resistance.
The after photos show a dramatically improved driveway — level, sealed, and protected from further damage. This project not only improved safety and appearance, but also extended the life of the concrete. It’s a great example of how Davenport Foundation Repair restores value to homes across Northern Utah.
