The homeowner in Draper had several areas around his swimming pool that were sinking. Our crew injected poly foam to lift the pool deck back into place to eliminate the safety hazard.
These steps were separating and sinking. Our crews went in and raised it back into place as well as sealed the joints to ensure no water intrusion would occur.
This before-and-after photo set captures a recent concrete stair repair project in Draper, Utah. The homeowner contacted Davenport Foundation Repair after noticing their front steps had settled unevenly, creating both a safety concern and an unsightly entrance to the home.
Our crew used PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete stairs, eliminating dangerous height variations between steps. Once leveled, we applied NexusPro® to seal the cracks and gaps, preventing water intrusion and future soil erosion beneath the concrete.
In the "before" photos, you can see the misalignment and gaps between steps. The "after" images show a smooth, level surface with professionally sealed joints—restoring the stairs' safety, function, and curb appeal in just one day.
If you're in Draper or the surrounding areas and dealing with sunken or cracked concrete steps, this repair solution provides a fast, clean, and long-lasting alternative to full replacement.
