Our crew used PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete stairs, eliminating dangerous height variations between steps. Once leveled, we applied NexusPro® to seal the cracks and gaps, preventing water intrusion and future soil erosion beneath the concrete.

In the "before" photos, you can see the misalignment and gaps between steps. The "after" images show a smooth, level surface with professionally sealed joints—restoring the stairs' safety, function, and curb appeal in just one day.
