Admittedly, I rarely take the time to write a review and I should more often when a meet a professional who goes above and beyond. This was the case with Dave Kerlin at Davenport. I hired Dave to help me with some foundation settling issues on a home we were buying. He was so knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He took tons of time to be thorough in his analysis and was willing to explain it all to me and answer all of my questions. His experience and knowledge was obvious and I'm so grateful I hired him. I recommend Dave and Davenport to anyone and everyone.

I had the privilege to work with David Kerlin! He was great and very well educated! He answered all my questions and was able to help us figure out a way to fix a void under a footing in our home. We had one company come out and say they were going to charge us $500 to fix it and then when David came he said we could pay them to put pea gravel in to fill the void or we could save a lot of money and do it ourselves probably just as good! He didn't try and sell us something super expensive he told us what we needed to do and we did it ourselves! Then he came back and checked it and approved that the work was done well! Very happy with him and this company and that they were not trying to just sell us in something but really cared and helped us out! If we have any problems in the future we will be using them for sure!!!

We had a couple of minor cracks in our basement floor and foundation wall that we noticed when doing a remodel. We didn't want to have any future issues after the remodel so we had Davenport come look at our cracks to get a professional opinion. The specialist that came out, Roland, talked about some options they could do including cost. He was also honest in saying the repairs weren't really necessary. We opted to not go through with repairs, and offered to pay for the time he spent inspecting, but he declined saying the inspections were free. Really appreciated his honesty and willingness to look out for us, and not just try to up-sale. Speaks a lot about who you are dealing with when working with Davenport.

I hired Davenport to repair my sinking driveway and uneven side walk. When I called they were very accommodating and very quick to come and offer a free bid. Dave C was fantastic, professional and on time. When the day came to do the repair Jake and his team did an amazing job. It turned out better than i had hoped for . They were very conscious of my property even so much as asking to put my garage door down as to not get any dust in my garage. The price came in at the amount that was bid and the job was completed as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Davenport to my family and friends and would use them again if needed.

Super helpful!! Dave Kerlin came out to make an assessment of a leak we had identified in what we thought was the foundation. After a thorough free inspection, he can back with the verdict that it was a plumbing problem and not a foundation issue. We were so impressed with his honesty. Really, who does that anymore?
