I just wanted to write you a quick email.  I was so pleased with the crew yesterday.  Dugan was insightful into the repair process and answered all my many questions. Victor and Leopaldo did a great job of finding all the cracks that were hard for me to even see.  They did an awesome job of getting the job done the right way.  My basement is cleaner then when they started!  That speaks volumes to me!  Dugan even offered to change my cat litter-- how nice!  Even though we had some initial bumps in the road, I am pleased with the outcome and hope that the repairs will work as great as your crew did.

"The initial specialist who inspected the wall was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and provided advice to repair our specific problem with this carbon strapping and epoxy system. I also called in a second company for an inspection and they ultimately gave me the same advice. I went with Davenport because they price was less than half of the other Davenport Foundation Repair, and came with a warranty. We finally called in a structural engineer, just to confirm this was the best repair option and there were no other issues involved."  

We had 30 piers installed on three sides of our house. In order to save trees and gardens we had most of the work done inside. Victor and the crew actually came out the afternoon before to measure and let us know where piers would be so we could remove tiles necessary to complete the job. This enabled them to get right to work the next morning. The crew worked hard every day - all day. They were respectful of our property, even putting plastic down to help protect it. In addition, they were very careful and knowledgeable. We had no worries with them being in our home. The whole idea of piers is overwhelming and expensive. From day one, we felt a sense of calm with Davenport. They had the best design and competitive prices. Even more so, we felt we were dealing with professionals who really knew what they were doing. They were careful and respectful in every aspect, which is something you don't see too often these days. I recommend them without hesitation. 

I restored a house built in the late 1800's. The house had a dozen different companies working it from the ground up. Davenport was the best company I had the pleasure of working with. From price, speed, to quality of their craft, I was so impressed!! Not only that they were fun to work with. I felt like I was a friend and not just another client. Admittedly, I rarely take the time to write a review and I should more often when a meet a professional who goes above and beyond. This was the case with Dave Kerlin at Davenport. I hired Dave to help me with some foundation settling issues on a home we were buying. He was so knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He took tons of time to be thorough in his analysis and was willing to explain it all to me and answer all of my questions. His experience and knowledge was obvious and I'm so grateful I hired him. I had the privilege to work with David Kerlin! He was great and very well educated! He answered all my questions and was able to help us figure out a way to fix a void under a footing in our home. We had one company come out and say they were going to charge us $500 to fix it and then when David came he said we could pay them to put pea gravel in to fill the void or we could save a lot of money and do it ourselves probably just as good! He didn't try and sell us something super expensive he told us what we needed to do and we did it ourselves! Then he came back and checked it and approved that the work was done well! Very happy with him and this company and that they were not trying to just sell us in something but really cared and helped us out! If we have any problems in the future we will be using them for sure!!!

We had a couple of minor cracks in our basement floor and foundation wall that we noticed when doing a remodel. We didn't want to have any future issues after the remodel so we had Davenport come look at our cracks to get a professional opinion. The specialist that came out, Roland, talked about some options they could do including cost. He was also honest in saying the repairs weren't really necessary. We opted to not go through with repairs, and offered to pay for the time he spent inspecting, but he declined saying the inspections were free. Really appreciated his honesty and willingness to look out for us, and not just try to up-sale. Speaks a lot about who you are dealing with when working with Davenport.

I have been very impressed with the entire team at Davenport Foundation. Starting with Dave Kerlin who was the first person I met with to all their people who did the work. Not only are they efficient they stand behind their work and made sure that I was satisfied all the way through the process.
