We have an outside stairwell leading to the basement that has a drain at the bottom. The drain just drains into the ground. When we get lots of rain the drain backs up and floods our basement. I'd like a quote for getting a sump pump placed.

We're primarily interested in crawl space vapor barrier/encapsulation. We also have a lower priority concrete lifting need for our garage, not sure if the same person can give a quote for both. Tuesdays are the best day for visit.

Under part of my patio, I have a 4" to 5" gap between the concrete and the ground that is about 10' long and 10' wide. I'm not sure why my patio hasn't sunk yet. I need to someway fill in the large gap.

I'd like a quote on a concrete lift for a portion of driveway/sidewalk in the front of our house. Please call or email.

Visible crack in foundation wall where the garage foundation meets the house foundation. It has been there as long as I've lived in the house (7+ years). I don't think it is growing or if it is it is only slightly. It is pretty big though...goes from bottom to top and up to 1/4" wide.

Back patio has settled. The crack runs through 3 slab and it looks like they need to be lifted around an 1". Very easy access to the back patio.

I have two areas of consideration. The first is a concrete slab that is 20 ft long and 9 ft wide. One side has dropped approximately 5 inches forming a slope that allows rain water to run towards the house. The second area is in front of a garage door (#4). The concrete sank in the middle allowing rain water to puddle and then run down into the ground by way of an expansion joint. This slab is about 8ft by 6 ft. If you visit the house it is at the address stated above but up a private lane about 1000 ft. It is not the red brick house on 200 east.
