Step 1: PolyLEVEL® Injection
We began by lifting and leveling the sunken concrete slabs using our high-precision PolyLEVEL® system. This two-part expanding polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete, gently raising the slabs back to their original position. Unlike traditional mudjacking, PolyLEVEL® is lightweight, cures quickly, and won’t wash out or add stress to the soil.
This step was critical for the RV pad, which had sunk due to poor soil compaction. PolyLEVEL® filled the voids beneath the concrete and reestablished a strong, stable base—perfect for handling heavy loads like an RV.
Step 2: Caulk Removal
Next, we removed the old, deteriorating caulk from the driveway joints and cracks. A clean surface is essential for a proper seal, so our team took extra care during this step to avoid leaving behind debris or residue.
Step 3: NexusPro® Crack and Joint Repair
Finally, we applied NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant joint sealant developed to handle extreme temperature swings common in Utah’s climate.
