This is a home in Springville, Utah where we did a full basement waterproofing system. These pictures demonstrate a before with efflorescence (water crystallization) on the concrete and after (partial system in place).
Our talented Foundation Crew stabalized and lifted this cracked and uneven porch.
This before-and-after photo set highlights a concrete repair project completed at a residential home in Pleasant Grove, Utah, where the front entry steps and walkway had settled due to soil movement beneath the concrete. Over time, this settlement created uneven step heights and separation that impacted both safety and the appearance of the home’s entryway.
Our team resolved the issue using PolyLevel® concrete lifting, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slabs to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper position. Once the steps were leveled and fully supported, NexusPro® joint and crack sealant was applied to seal visible cracks and joints, helping prevent water intrusion and reduce the risk of future settlement.
The result is a safer, more even front entry that restores functionality and curb appeal—without the need for costly or disruptive concrete replacement. This solution provides long-lasting protection and performance for homes throughout Pleasant Grove and surrounding Utah communities.
The homeowner in Draper had several areas around his swimming pool that were sinking. Our crew injected poly foam to lift the pool deck back into place to eliminate the safety hazard.
These steps were separating and sinking. Our crews went in and raised it back into place as well as sealed the joints to ensure no water intrusion would occur.
