This before-and-after photo set showcases a successful concrete driveway repair project in South Jordan, Utah. The homeowner was experiencing uneven concrete slabs and deteriorating joints along the side driveway of the home. Our team at Davenport Foundation Repair used PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize the settled concrete, followed by a professional application of NexusPro® joint sealant to protect against moisture intrusion and future cracking.
In the "before" photos, you’ll notice uneven surfaces and widening gaps between the concrete slabs. After the repair, the slabs are now leveled and supported, and the joints have been neatly sealed, giving the driveway a clean, cohesive look while significantly improving its durability and safety.
If you're in South Jordan or the surrounding Salt Lake County area and need expert concrete repair services, trust the team with experience and proven results. This project is a great example of how we restore concrete without the mess or cost of full replacement.
Tripping hazards are a real thing, and this home in South Jordan is no exception. In addition to the driveway, this walkway path needed lifting and sealing.

2nd set of Before and after photos of concrete driveway repaired in west Jordan Utah
This before-and-after photo set showcases a concrete repair project completed at a residential home in West Jordan, Utah, where the front entry steps and walkway had settled and cracked over time. Soil movement beneath the concrete caused the steps to sink, creating uneven surfaces and visible separation that posed a safety concern.
Our team corrected the issue using PolyLevel® concrete lifting, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slabs to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper elevation. Once the steps were fully leveled, NexusPro® joint and crack sealant was applied to seal the visible cracks and joints, helping prevent water intrusion and future soil erosion beneath the concrete.
The result is a safer, more even front entry that restores both functionality and curb appeal—without the need for concrete replacement. This repair provides long-term durability while protecting the home’s foundation and entryway from further damage.
