Our talented Foundation Crew stabalized and lifted this cracked and uneven porch.
Joel, a homeowner in Springville, UT, reached out after noticing his concrete steps had shifted, leaving a noticeable gap between the stairs and the foundation wall. Following a free inspection, our team confirmed his concerns and recommended a concrete repair solution to restore the steps. We injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to carefully lift and level the steps back toward their original position. To complete the repair, we applied NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks, helping protect the concrete from water intrusion and future damage.
This Springville, UT homeowner had a settled concrete walkway that created uneven slabs and a potential tripping hazard leading to the front entrance. Our team restored the walkway using PolyLevel® concrete leveling to lift and stabilize the affected slab. After leveling was complete, the joints were sealed with NexusPro® Joint Sealant to help keep water from washing away supporting soils beneath the concrete. The result is a safer, smoother walkway without the cost and disruption of replacement.
This before-and-after photo set highlights a concrete repair project completed at a residential home in Pleasant Grove, Utah, where the front entry steps and walkway had settled due to soil movement beneath the concrete. Over time, this settlement created uneven step heights and separation that impacted both safety and the appearance of the home’s entryway.
Our team resolved the issue using PolyLevel® concrete lifting, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slabs to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper position. Once the steps were leveled and fully supported, NexusPro® joint and crack sealant was applied to seal visible cracks and joints, helping prevent water intrusion and reduce the risk of future settlement.
The result is a safer, more even front entry that restores functionality and curb appeal—without the need for costly or disruptive concrete replacement. This solution provides long-lasting protection and performance for homes throughout Pleasant Grove and surrounding Utah communities.
The homeowner in Draper had several areas around his swimming pool that were sinking. Our crew injected poly foam to lift the pool deck back into place to eliminate the safety hazard.
