These stairs were pulling away from the house. We were able to restore them back to a safe level using PolyLEVEL!
This residential driveway in Sandy, UT had developed multiple cracks and uneven slabs due to soil settlement and weather changes. Our team used PolyLevel® to lift and re-level the sunken concrete sections, restoring a smooth, even surface. Once leveled, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to every crack and control joint to prevent water intrusion and protect the concrete from further damage. The finished driveway is now safer, longer-lasting, and visually refreshed—ready to handle years of Utah’s seasonal weather.
This set shows that by using polylevel for lifting concrete pads, it helps reduce trip hazards that are prevalent when concrete sinks. Sandy Utah and the surrounding areas are prone to concrete cracks and sinking that can be repaired easily.
This Sandy, UT home had a sunken driveway panel that created a noticeable lip and trip hazard at the control joints. Settlement from Utah’s freeze–thaw cycles, gutter runoff, and soil washout caused the slab to drop and redirect water toward the garage. Our crew used polyurethane foam injection (PolyLevel®) to lift the concrete back to the correct grade, stabilize the base soils, and restore proper drainage. After the lift, we sealed the joints to help keep water out and protect the repair.
The result is a level, safer driveway with improved curb appeal—completed in about a day with minimal disruption. If you’re seeing uneven concrete, gaps at joints, or water pooling around your driveway in Sandy or the greater Salt Lake Valley, concrete lifting and leveling is a fast, long-lasting solution.
This Midvale, UT homeowner called about her uneven driveway. It was a tripping hazard, and an eye-sore to look at! Davenport Foundation Repair went to fix the sunken concrete.
We suggested PolyLevel, a foam injection that goes beneath the concrete and expands to raise it to its original position. Using our amazing PolyLevel Injection Foam, we were able to lift two slabs of concrete back to level, creating a safe area for our customer.
