Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Even though this customer had an existing sump pump in their basement they were still finding two areas in their finished basement that had water issues. The customer had water coming in through an addition to the basement. Our crew installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and DryWell to resolve the issue.

This Garden City, Utah crawl space was transformed with a professional encapsulation system by Davenport Foundation Repair. Before the repair, the crawl space had an exposed dirt floor that could allow ground moisture to enter the space beneath the home. The completed encapsulation creates a clean, durable barrier across the ground and affected perimeter areas to help control moisture and improve conditions beneath the home.

Davenport provides crawl space repair and encapsulation solutions throughout Northern Utah, the Wasatch Front, Salt Lake City, Provo, and surrounding Utah communities.
